Q: there is a property for which approved plan is for 1bedroom,5 balconys ,study room, kitchen,living,dining etc.however the construced flat is modified within the approved area as 3 bedrooms,living,dining. IS it safe to buy such a property.?
some people say if number of kitchens available in approved plan of the whole aprtment are same in the constructed apartment,then modifications inside does not require approval.this is confusing ,please let me know
