The area pradhikaran is really so nice and most i like that is Bhakti Shakti Spot but i i thanks to the god the Bhakti shakti is still there. But lots of things like durga tekdi not gives the feel like previous. Bck to 5-6 years when goes to durga tekdi it was too much with greenary now just as ap.

Q:there is a property for which approved plan is for 1bedroom,5 balconys ,study room, kitchen,living,dining etc.however the construced flat is modified within the approved area as 3 bedrooms,living,dining. IS it safe to buy such a property.?
