How is the new heavens project located in Marthahalli. How is the builder of this project?

I am planning to book a 2BHK flat was looking into this new heavens project? has anyone booked any flat in this project? who is the builder for this project and how is the builder reputation. any idea how is the quality of the product the builder delivers and do they keep upto the promise they make. Please let me know your response.

Hi Tabrez, there is a 2 BHK apartments available for sale in New Heaven and the price of the apartment will be around Rs 48 lakhs, you can check availability here.

Even I am planning to book a flat in this project but no idea about who is the builder of the project and how is the construction quality so a bit confused whether to go for it or not.
