Noida and Gurgaon are good. I have heard that even Delhi is also doing good in terms of both resale and new properties these days.DDA has been finding new land chunks o develop more and more projects.

You are right.. Once the eway is ready then only you can expect good market value. But who likes to wait for such long period to see ur investment to double?? So better not to invest as of now.

I have got lot of good options in re-sale as well as fresh bookings for Dwarka Expressway & New Gurgaon area.
Pros :
Dwarka expressway is about 5-6 years investment even if you are looking to stay & shift in that area.
Most of the apartments are luxury aparments, so you can expect a good rentals, returns & facilities in that area.
It will be well connected to airport, dwarka (delhi) & will have link to KMP also.
Cons:
Still the expressway land is not fully acquired so it will take another 2-3 years to be fully functional.
KMP construction is delayed.
Time period of 5-6 years minimum for that area to be liveable and to be rented out.

No guys.. as far as i know there is no good value for resale in Dwarka e way. Buyers are not ready to buy because the growth there can be witnessed only after around 5 years or more.
I hope it is good to buy in Dwarka expressway as it is seeing so much development. I have heard that a number of residential projects have been launched and many more are coming up in next 5-6 years.
