Better place for farmhouse Delhi or NCR?

Q: As the DDA have approved a good amount land in Delhi for real estate, will this hamper the demand for residential sector in NCR region?

Hi people i see a nice discussion is going on. I have booked plot in Gurgaon for farmhouse, but you know that place will take some good time for proper roads and all. in that case Delhi is alomost developed from all sides. So Delhi is better place

Hi friend i would like to tell u that, there is this new policy came up and also DDA has approved new land for farmhouse development in Delhi. So soon Delhi will have huge land for real estate development
