The real estate of Sec-84 Gurgaon holds good potential. I have also booked a flat last year there.. There is appreciation happening every year for properties in this area. But as our friend has mentioned, we need to wait for few years to actually get excellent returns in terms of rental value or resale. We can expect good development of the sector by 2020.
Around 55% has been recorded in the sectors under New Gurgaon including Sec 84. But for the area to be well-developed with proper basic infra and facilities, it would take another 5-7 years more.
Go for dwarka expressway. Conscient One, Heritage Max, 3c's greenopolis. Good projects, Developer & very competitive pricing. Locations as well are very good indeed. In short- value for money products. Good for short term appreciations.
Sec 84 is in proximity of the proposed ISBT & GGN Metro hub. Around 20 min drive from IGI Airport to this area. And there is easy connectivity to Gurgaon, Sohna Road, Manesar, through NH8.
