Dont miss taking all in originals only. Even if they say they will give later and give u photocopies, then do not agree. OC is also very important for ready properties.

Hi, if the flat you are buying has already changed many owners, then make sure that you collect all previous of agreements with past owners in original along with original receipts of registration..
If you buy from a society you need these too- Last receipt for the out goings bill paid to the Society and electricity bill, a set of Society transfer forms for transfer of ownership, and Certificate of Title from an advocate
I think you will also require a No objection certificate (NOC) from the Society for transfer and sale of flat. But in case of under construction resale property then you may not need this.
