Q: Hi i visited wisteria -manjari road by vastuyogsuma developers ...but i dnt find any info abt this builder ,like their previous projects,quality of construction etc..if anyone has booked their ..thn pls share ur views asap

actually the location is good ..I was just abt to book the flat ..but there were another customer who have already booked thr ..I heard they was offered to pay some hidden cost..and another thing which i noticed they never tell to visit the site .Even I was ready to book but they told they will not give me time for aggrement (for money adjust) and another who still not booked ,the salse person was ready to wait for 5 months for aggrement ..i think its too unprofessional

As far as i know the project is good and Shyama Builders shares good reputation. If you are planning to buy this property , in that case you should engage a lawyer and get all the papers done to make the sales agreement favorable for you due to any delays in construction process.
