Is it good to buy a property in sec 37 gurgaon for residential purpose?

Q: I am looking out to but property in gurgaon for residential purpose. I am living currently on rent and would like to move to a self owned house soon. Is 37 d gurgaon a good area to invest in? By what time will the area become suitable to live? If not, what other options are there to buy property?

Ramprastha Skyz is under construction. You can choose this project for investing for long term capital appreciation without expecting rental returns. Anyways you are looking for living purpose so it will be a good option for you.
