The more prominent developers in this area are Supertech, Mahagun and Prateek. Out of these, Supertech is facing judicial problems. Prateek and Mahagun are trustworthy but Prateek is pretty new in the business and Mahagun is known for the timely delivery and value for money

As per my knowledge, Mahagun Mezzaria is a very suitable project for investment as well as end use. Project is located in Sector-78 Noida . This sector is one of the posh locality in the Noida region. This is a luxurious spacious residential project . Here you will have 2500 sq-ft to 4425 sq-ft area of 3BHK & 4BHK. Project locality & connectivity indicates it is a suitable project for investment purpose. This project possession is around 2018 December.

In my point of view, Marvella is a very spacious luxurious project, located in Sector 78. Currently builder quoted price is around 8500/sq-ft. Here this project will offer you furnished 5BHK, area ranging from 5600 sq-ft to 5860 sq-ft. This project has spread over 25 acres of land with G+28 floors. Expected possession of this project is around January 2016.

According to me, both are luxurious project & located in sector -78. In my opinion, sector -78 is a very prime residential location ,located in the center of Noida, suitable for investment as well as end use. All daily basic amenities are with in the vicinity . Schools, Banks, Hospitals are surrounded to this area. From connectivity point of view, metro & city transport are connecting this sector to other parts of the city. Best location, return of investment will be handsome.

Residential investment will be beneficial in this area compared to areas like Noida Extension and Noida express-way due to its connectivity and this area has already become habitable. The area has already witnessed an increase of 30–40 per cent over the last two years.
