However sectors 66,102,115,162,158, 132,141 are coming under E category & department did not hike anything for this category. Reason is to boost the population density.

According to news, there has been 5.47% of hike in circle rate by stamp & registration department in sectors like 118, 63A, 117, 116, 113, 86, 102 & 112. These sectors are known as category D. A year ago, circle rates were hiked by the department. Authorities had increased property rates by up to 30%. Greater Noida authority declared 10.21% increment in allotment price over all types of land in ity.
@ Hemant, As per authority, there has been more demand for residential units in Noida. Nearly 2Lac units are available for registration. The department was unable to achieve the target because of delay in declaring the eco sensitive zone for bird sanctuary. Which was a major drawback in this case. The department suffered from a huge loss, around 300Cr.
Hey Guys, As per news, N P Singh the DM of Gautam Budh Nagar, who has permitted this circle rates, after a proposition for the same was proposed by the stamps and registration department, declared the verdict to keep the circle rates of apartments in place has been decided keeping in mind the problems of property purchasers, influenced by the Okhla Bird Sanctuary.

On Monday UP stamps and registration department declared the new circle rates for Noida and Greater Noida, keeping in mind about the slum in the real estate sector.
