Mr Kartik, Sector - 75 is the part of Central Noida, which is one of the USP of this Area, which will be a part of one of the Porch area of Central Noida in upcoming 2 years, u may check that Sector-50 opposite to this sector is well developed and Porch area where Possesion was already been done years back, presently the Price of this are is 8000 per square feet, few major Builders are developing these Sector chain from Sec 75-79, for more details about projects pls revert me @ 8588819530, regards, NITIN

Hi, interms of residential property Sector 62 and 62 A is best. Although 72 has all new ongoing projects. You can also try for Greater Noida. Noida needs couple of years for all the sectors to get functional.
