Tata Housing's fully-owned, subsidiary Smart Value Homes, offers low-cost/affordable housing in the price range of Rs 5 lakh to Rs 35 lakh. It has four projects in Boisar, Vasind (both near Mumbai), Ahmedabad and Bangalore.
