There are two ongoing projects within a radius of 2 kms in from the Magadi Road Metro station, which are expected to get completed by this year. The projects are priced between Rs 8,000-9,000 per sqft.

As for BDA plots, within city limits are priced between Rs 12,000-15,000 per sqft. Plots in the outskirts falls in the bracket of Rs 6,000-8,000 per sqft

A local bus service on this stretch, easy accessibility to railway station and the International Airport is also turning in its favor.
