I want to buy one flat at Noida/Gr Noida for my own living purpose. Pls advisor me in this regards.I need 3 BHK flat with a price range from 40-50 lakhs. I just want that project should be good connectivity of metro network with good living amenities

Your budget may fall short of the price for a 3 BHK flat but you will get 2 BHK in this range. This may be viable in a project that's simply being launched and is at very initial phases.I think you would contact the local authority for such expertise and seize the possibility.

Hi, Pankaj , there is already and issue going on in regards to funds in this project.There is a lot of confusion in regards to the projects giving refund to people and the builder is telling something else. Its better to come into any conclusion before go to their office check the latest status and then have a word with local brokers then decide.
