Builder has stopped the work and defaulted on the bank loans. I am looking for other buyers to join me for creating an Association for filing a complaint in RERA. If you are one of the buyers in Raj Infinia - pls email me at akshayguptaatgmail.com.

It has been a bad decision for me as well. Invested through 20-80 scheme into Raj Infinia. The project is delayed by 3 years and completion is not in sight. The builder keeps on delaying the possession date and now I notice complaint is being filed by individual flat owners for which details are available on RERA website. Speaking with the real estate agents in Malad,the reputation of Rajesh Builders has declined significantly due to non-delivery on their commitments.The location of the project and amenities offered is excellent.

I have invested in Raj Sinfonia, but repenting the decision.. construction is halted from over one year.. I was suppose to get the possession on Dec 16, but still only work till 4th floor is done... It's 3 year already over since the construction started... Suggest pls take calculative decision on this property.. it's been a very bad decision for me.

recently visited the site ,A Wing & B wing has completed 20-+ floor ,C Wing around 4 floors only ,Work is going on but at very slow speed ....the wait has being long but hope to get possession by next year .

Malad East is a good investment destination and i would suggest you to go for this project. This area might see an appreciation of 20 – 30 % in the financial year 2012- 2013. Malad has a good connectivity to the commercial destinations like Borivali, Goregaon and Andheri, through Western Highway

Hey even i want details about this project. I want to buy an apartment in Malad west. I like the loaction of this project as it has international schools like Mainadevi Bajal International Scool, colleges like lord college, Atharva College of Engineering etc. and good restarants in the vicinity. But i have not been to the site i have gatherd a lot of information online and i m presently in USA. sO please can some one help me by posting details about this project, like if the construction has started and hows the entarance and the exact location of the project? and one more question if it is good to invest in Malad?
