How is New Gurgaon area to buy a flat?

Hi, I would advise you not to buy ready flat.. buying an under-construction apartment that would be completed after 3 years would be a better option. The area would take few more years to become popular, so it is good if ur flat will be ready by then.

You can check New Town Heights project by DLF. It will be ready this year. Price 4700-5200 sq ft.

The rental value is also expected to be good only after around 6 years from now.. if u are looking for immediate use then better go for other areas.

How abt the rental market in New Gurgaon?

Dear Praneetha, The rentals in Gurgaon are anywhere between 2-3% for Residential. The rentals are high in commercial properties. Further if you buy a property which is under construction then your rentals are in range of 5-6% which starts after completion of project. New Gurgaon has seen 55% appreciation in last 2.5 years.. if you are planning to invest for later use then go for flat in New Gurgaon area..
