Hi, I would advise you not to buy ready flat.. buying an under-construction apartment that would be completed after 3 years would be a better option. The area would take few more years to become popular, so it is good if ur flat will be ready by then.
Dear Praneetha, The rentals in Gurgaon are anywhere between 2-3% for Residential. The rentals are high in commercial properties. Further if you buy a property which is under construction then your rentals are in range of 5-6% which starts after completion of project.
