Amanora or Alcon Sealverleaf

Q: Hi,
I would like to have some opinions about buying a residential house. I am in dilemma, I have budget of 65 lacs so Should I go for small 822 2bhk in Amanora or should I go for 1267 sqft in same or almost same price in Alcon Sealverleaf, Keshavnagar. Please help me to decide.

Have you booked flat at alcon? I am also planning to book 2 BHK at alcon silverlef. Any idea about builder's reputation and quality ?
