Hi , Wagholi is going to see a lot of infrastructure developments in near future. A road connecting to Eon IT park is under construction and a flyover connecting Wagholi to Shikrapur is been proposed.
Wagholi and the present, property prices ranges from Rs 3750 – 4000 per sq ft.
