Hi Ares,
As per sources, this new scheme is far better than to the ones propelled before as now the Authority initially determined the land compensation matter with fellow farmers and after that launched the scheme. On the other hand, for overall improvement of the region, all compensation matters should be determined.

As per the latest news, yamuna expressway industrial development authority (YEIDA) has launched residential plot scheme offering around 900 plots ,area ranging 120 sq-mt to 162 sq-mt, coming around 17.04lac to 23lac. It is first time ever YEIDA is giving such small less priced plots.

Those people who are searching for big plots and ready to pay total plot cost within 60days from the allotment date, can easily use this scheme. Even in this scheme you can pay 50% within 60 days from allotment date & rest 50% amount ,you can pay within a year by 2installment process. But yearly interest will be around 12%.

I came to know that, while buying a plot you can pay 30% within 60days from allotment date & remaining amount in 8 installments in 4years. However by this process, you have to pay 12% interest. All these payment options are in ease the buying process for middle income & lower income group people.

Guys i think that the proposed Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor which will pass through Dadri will also boost development of warehousing and Special Development Zones. Exactly, giving more advantage to this areas and also the projects.. !!

hmmmm.... a very genuine question for a person who wants to investment.... Yamuna Expressway areas has excellent connectivity . It also has many educational institutions and many more have been planned for. It has a potential of being developed as an educational hub like Pune. Also the government has been planning to develop the area into an IT/ITeS corridor. Hence you can understand why the area is booming...

Dekhiye Bhaishabab, Yamuna e-way is a futuristic investment destination with a potential to yield returns of three to five times on capital value in around 4-7 years. So you cannot say ki abhi invest kiya and you will get returns , you need to wait for a while for proper returns.... This will fetch you atleast more than double after 8-9 years...

This area is specifically for investors... if you want to invest, this is a a one area... I can tell you what i have studied....the area is good, especially for long-term investments and for second-home buyers. Brokers in this region too affirm that this area is primarily a second homes market.

Hi, Amit, i guess the prices of properties in this part of NCR are also better compared to other parts and start at around Rs 22-25 lakh for a two bedroom apartment. This stretch is an ideal option for investment for those who cannot afford to buy property along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

Hi, the recent price thats going on is Rs 3950 per sq ft.. this is the highest value... average range lies between Rs 3000 per sq ft - Rs 3300 per sq ft . The price has comparatively drooped, if we think about April to June 2013 it was Rs 4028 per sq ft as the highest range!!!

What are you saying, did you know that Yamuna Expressway Authorities some time ago, I think in 2009, launched a Residential Plot Scheme with more than 21000 plots spread across 5500 acres of land. And here is the best part; the scheme was so good that it got oversubscribed even when there was a worldwide recession.

Orris Curio City Plots, Logix Empire Estate Plots, Shubhkamna Livia are some of the plots available along Yamuna Expressway and to answer the IT concern, Wipro, TCS, CSC and HCL have already planned to have offices along the stretch. So not to worry about the appreciation. It will appreciate.

I am only surprised from what is being expected from people who aspire to live along the Yamuna expressway. So, you spend a bomb of your lifetime savings on a project here and then pay the ever increasing toll costs and are not even sure if this investment will fetch any returns in the future. I pity you guys.

Hi, I was wondering, technically the Yamuna Expressway does not fall under the Delhi NCR region, considering it is much further to Noida and Greater Noida. How are people even expecting that there will be an appreciation of land on a later stage, without any middle income jobs or IT and services in the region? I would say this is ambitious.

I also read somewhere that all major projects in this area are behind schedule. With construction costs rising and seeing the scenario of liquidity in the market, I am not surprised that the prices are increasing.

Yamuna Expressway is built by the Jaypee group at a cost of close to 10000 crore. This 165 km highway connects Noida and Greater Noida to Agra. This expressway is also expected to minimize traffic from NH 2.

Guys, although prices are high, the projects are genuine, as the Yamuna Expressway authorities are very strict about the approvals. They are not letting any builder start a project without a clear, well laid out construction plan.

Hi, yes prices along the Yamuna Express Way have gone many folds. When I investigated, I hear that it’s the development authorities who have increased the prices. Allotment rates along the Yamuna Expressway have increased anywhere between 14 to 18%.
