Hi Manvi.. Wagholi is a good investment option in Pune due to the upcoming infrastructural developments and its connectivity to Viman nagar and other areas of the City.

Hi I have a friend who is staying in Solacia for last 6 months ,... he is happy and says taht thr are few issues like
1) Tanker water
2) dusty and unruly traffic on Nagar road

The water is a universal issue and dust is a temporary issue and is majorly due to the construction flyovers etc. I think you can go for it
