Q: I am in talk with parsvanath for 2 BHK in their Palacia project (gr noida). Are they good builder to bank on? What is their track record? Pls suggest.

Hi, Mr Kamraj the project is good and have good price and location. Also in there they have mentioned the floor plan which shows they want to deal with clarity. Hence i think you can try... also you can have a word with the local broker for better information.
