Balewadi ranges in between Rs. 5200 – 5900 per sq ft, Wakad is Rs. 4450 – 5300 per sq. ft. 120 ft wide Baner – Balewadi – Wakad road is under construction and to be functional by 2016. Other than this a flyover from Dangri Chowk connecting Vishal Nagar is under construction.
