Anyone planning to approach consumer forum for delay in possession of greens rather no development happening for greens?

Q: Possession for greenws tower due in June 2011 is still not given. Infact the building is just half constructed. Builder not responsive also.

yes do u have contacts of other owners as well? can you please share ur contact details? we strongly need to do soemthing. I booked flat in April 2009. its more than 4 years.. this is the limit.

i think its time that we should do something we have done agreement in july 2009.
its been almost over year they have stopped construction. also They are not replying anything.

i heard that they are arranging owners meeting on 2nd oct. 2013

Hi Pawan.. we still can go to the consumer court... the court understands the time for constructing an apartment as 2 years and if you have not got the possession and its been 2 years of you signing the sales agreement you can ho to the consumer court and file a complaint against your builder.

Hi, Even we are facing the similar issue in Chennai and our builder has not given us posses ion. for last 2 years.. we are also planning to go to consumer court. but some one has told us that it is important for the builder to mention the date of completion in the sales agreement and our sales agreement does not have any date of completion. Can some one please guide us on this. Can we still go to consumer court?
