Have you heard of Emerald Bay by Puri developer. I am planning to invest in this. I heard that price is bit high around 1.2 cr to 2 cr. Can anyone tell me if there are any risks associated with this investment?

Hi Syed, if you are looking for commercial project then there is Tulip Spectra in Sector 104, Gurgaon by Tulp group. This project is located close to ATS Triump, Capital 104 and APuri Emerald.

As Pardeep Singh says, there are many new apartments in Dwarka Expressway. M2K Beaumonde in Sector 104 would be an ideal investment. It includes 14 hi-rise towers, each of 20- stories tall and offers 3 BHK, 3BHK+SQ & 4 BHK+SQ condominiums. It is very near from IGI airport, Delhi and Dwarka. It is a strategic location so I guess the returns will be very good. The cost is over around 1 crore.
