@Rajesh: Whatever you said about Eternity Ecstasy nothing is happened till. Still construction is not completed. They 40% of work pending in a queue. Please don't invest on eternity structure.
Mr, parag, don't go with this builder, the quality of the building is not worth, he never fulfil what ever he promises. If you have any doubt visit there completed project Eternity Serene. Not value for money.
Guies beware these good comments, builder can deliver, but no quality, be ready for facing lot of issues when you enter to the house. Check with Eternity Serene residents, which is already completed project by this builder.
Eternity Serene: near to silk board only they are not providing proper water facility, think about you 7km far from silk board. they kept security people, who dont know single abcd of security, they look like they never had food from last couple of years. promissed 3 borwell, but only one has water, and dont know when that will stop providing water, no kaveri water after paid money. If you want to face more than these problems go and buy tEcstasy project.
Hi Palani, Security in Apartment always maintained by third party securities agencies, its not controlled by Builder. So dont blame builder for that, you can change any time if association is not satisfied. Water problem is all known fact for everyone in Bangalore. It depends upon our luck. Ecstascy project is bit far and not in densely populated area. I can only say this much low rate and promised builder we hardly see in Bangalore, just inquire abt Dreamz, how many customers are not able to see the bricks at site :)

Mr Rajesh, I know all the issue with this building, i staying near to the apartment. I was planned to book one of the flat. but after consulting with residents i changed my plan. Why not to blame, builder not builded according to BBMP plans, So only he is not providing OC. And he took lot of money for water and maintenance. Zero quality. One of the worst plumbring, painting, suprivising, window glass and door woods used. and i know that same guies are working for other projects as well. So Find better builder who can deliver quality.
Hi Rajesh, The land space in front of this Apartment, is of a different person, though the apartment group has their construction material placed here. They are saying this would be unused space as 30mts has been demarked by govt for road expansion and widening. Is this true..

A- Khatha, BBMP approved Builder is listed in SBI home loan, given loan for this project[LIC Housing, Axis,HDFC,ICICI] Only 100 Flats G+3 appartment All 4 side reachable Kudlu Gate - 3 KM 80 ft wide road - (2nd Phase Metro Rail -3 KM ) Minashi Temple - 3 KM Wipro 14 Gage - 6 KM Bomanhalli Signal -4 KM- 80 ft road approved. 16 feet vacant space from apartment surroundings All amenities (attached) Possession Dec 2013 In-front of the project , Hiranandani Villas, and DLF new town Area development and Valuation will be double once villas and DLF will construct their project Please let me know if you are interested for group booking....before that dont forget to see the Modal Flat and quality of construction...

I know you did the big shit in Eternity Serene. and you are doing same in Ecstasy. If you guies ready to pay more maintenance then go with this builder.
