Shalini heights completion date?

Q: Hi We had booked 2, 1BHK flats in Shalini Height, Undri in 2008. We were promised posession in 2011. Last year when we visited the site, the marketing person told us that possession is in Dec 2014, now one site shows Dec 2015.. Any idea when this will be available. If not How do we get our Down Payment back from the builder, since it is taking really long, and we are spending unnecessary money on rent.

@Natasha, You can ask the builder for compensation as you said that there is a huge delay in possession or you can talk with the builder and take back the down payment.
