Yes , even i have heard about this issue. There are chemical factory and naala, for which the investments are low. That’s why the rates are also cheaper compared to many other areas around.

Hi.. the rate starts from Rs 3700 per sq ft in Ramprastha City and goes over 6500 too

On an average, it would be around Rs 4300 to Rs 5000.

Dear Mr. Gurmeet, The resale price is starting Rs. 4300/sqft and goes upto Rs. 6000/sqft depending upon the specifications of the project within the township. The builder prices are further plus by about 15% from the resale market.
