But near to NH-8 would be good .. as far as I know, in last year June, the price per sq ft in Sec 37 was approx 3750 and then during dec-jan, it was around 4500-4700. Later it is slightly going low and up.. now its in same range, but in another 3-6 months, there will be a rise..

I have heard that Sector 37 holds huge potential as it is in vicinity of Pataudi Road, Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road and IMT Manesar. But still I dont think there are many projects coming up there. So i think it is better to look towards other areas.

Sec-37 is a good area for investing in Gurgaon. The time period to get best returns should be kept at 3 years minimum. As the infrastructure like roads, hospitals, schools are still at preliminary level for this sector and rates will go higher once people will start living in that area. You can also look at an option of sectors 80-91 in new gurgaon as there the infrastructure is at a better stage then Sec-37. Further it depends on your budget and time period you looking at.
