The area offers great value for money deals and good possible returns for a period of five to seven years. You have not mentioned whether you are seeking property purely as an investment or you actually plan to live in the apartment. Gurgaon Faridabad road is still developing and a number of real estate Townships are coming up in the region. As of now only one township by Ansals is complete and the number of people who have moved in the township is quite low. The possible reason could be some law and order problems in the evenings in the area. If you want to be closer to South Delhi/FBD & Gurgaon. This is the area to invest in. The road is already approved from highway to South Delhi and construction is expected to start in a months time. IT SEz is under construction which is expected to be delivered in a years time. Already apartments like Valley View are occupied. So a good area to invest in with 3-5 years horizon in mind.
