Beware of MC Builders

Q: MC Builders is the most pathetic builder in Bangalore. I have purchased a 3bhk flat at MC Jyothi Enclave 1st A Cross Kaggadasapura CV Raman Nagar. The quality of construction is so bad. There is filth all over the building and still he is demanding maintenance. He has taken huge money from all the flat buyers in the name of amenities, but after 8-9 months of registration also swimming pool, party hall, gym, lift and badminton court is nowhere as he had published and promised in his brouchers. All the labor he had, he has smartly diverted to other projects as from this project all the money he has already sniffed. All his staff is so rude and arrogant, they behave as if they are doing some favor by doing some work after taking all of our earnings. MC Builders proprietor Mr. Reddy will not listen to the consumer after taking all the money and is least bothered about the project.

hi guys, who given negative feed back about m.c.builders jyothi enclave, its not correct.
their property is good, amenities are installed properly,maintenance is superb by the builders,
i am one of the flat owner of jyothi enclave apartments,
dont trust negative feedbacks. finally its a good project

i also agree with the above people bcz iam also the person who has sufferng after all.......mainly to tell about jyothienclave there is one stupid named dhanunjay who is earlier working as supervisior now doing interior works he will ask money 4r every small work even if it is company work also in some flats he taken money and he layed tiles in kitchen from top to bottom even below the granite with granite particians 7feet height he layed tiles in kitchen he uses company labour 4r his extra incoming works like this so many things r there what this stupid is doing

M C Builders
I agree too...pls don't buy any flat from M C Builders...They are no 1 cheater & construction quality is very poor. Their staff are very rude and will ask money for any small work. The builder will disappear once he gets his money. If you won't give the money builder will threaten to cancel the flat. Electrical, Plumbing & Tiles work are horrible and far below standard. So go for some other builder and save your hardearned money

I agree with the other two posts; MC Builder is cheat can't trust them. All they want is you money. The builder has bought some quality material to be installed in the apartment but has no skilled later to do justice with it. The electric work done in apartment is pathetic and works/supervisor are very rude. Looks like the workers that this builder deployed are working for the first time in this industry and will do all experiments in your flat. Walls not smooth, Flooring not made correctly, Doors not closing correctly.
The builder is not approachable and is blindly trusting his team; hope he gets to read these complaints and do something. The supervisor named Dhananjaya says if you get your wood work done from his guy they will get everything fixed.
My opinion do not buy flat from such builders.

Wish someone reads this and take some actions against these complaints.

Yes, you are right. This is the most unprofessional builder in Bangalore. Unfortunately nothing can be done against such crooks in our country. I am another sufferer in his Jyothi Enclave project. He has taken all the money for amenities and none is ready yet after almost an year of registration of the house. It is all false promises at the time of selling and nothing later on.
