what is the status of the permission regarding construction of higher floors

Appeal to owners in Tower D1@ Vedantam
I have a flat in D1 Tower @ Radicon Vedantam. The builder does not have approval to build beyond 14 the Floor in this tower. Still the builder has allowed bookings beyond 14 the Floor though it is not authorised. I have been cheated and the builder has already takes around 65% of the total flat amount for an un authorised floor.The builder is also not willing to pay back the money.We are 5 friends who have been cheated similarly and we are filing a court case against the builder. Request all the owners of D1 tower to voice this out and join us in teaching a lesson to the builder for playing with peoples dreams. We have already sought legal advice and would sent notice very soon.All who have been cheated by this builder(having flats in D1 tower beyond 14 th Floor) lets bring him down.

Hi, the builders are not disclosing the status, i had a word with them, i think they did not get. Hence which means , there might be delay on the possession , i think.

Hello Pavan,
I think you are being too optimistic and have just thought of possession getting delayed. What if the Authority rejects till or delays it further. It has been almost 2 years now and the floors have not been approved. I have already paid around 65% of the total cost for an un-authorised floor and now fighting with builder.
