What is the price range of this project? and what about amenties?

Size is around 1700 - 1760 Sq. Ft. The price is above 2.5 crores. Amenties like swimming pool area, gym, sports facility , kids play area and so on.

I think you should go and check once. The work was supposed to be completed on 2009 but still its on process.

Hi even I am planning to purchase a resale flat in Victoria Gardens, Kalyani Nagar. 1500sqft flat is quoted @1.3 Cr with all furniture items. After enquiring i got information that 3BHK is available.

I would suggest you to make a visit and check. You can check some other projects also as Kalyani Nagar is a good area for investment .
