I have get to knot this apartment is B Khata is there any pro. for bank and feature if government make issure.

and what about water there?

as per the construction it good i have visited once.

I don't think about taking B Property any problem but you should ready to pay money one again if A Property changes.

Thank for u reply, why i like this flat is nice quality and good price there are offering that why i am asking for -nv point about flat only 2 negative point are there in project .
1) B Khata Flat
2) small road.

Sumukha Opal property is A Khata and flat would be sold and Immediately Khata transfer would be in B Khata and later it will be converted into A Khata. The Property is approved by major banks including PNB, HDFC & others any clarification needed pls contact on 8123389738

B khata properties are those comes under the irregular list of BBMP. Its better to purchase a property with khata A and conversion is mandatory
