When will you return my cancelled amount of Rajiv Swagruha housing scheme?

Q: I am resident of Hyderabad,R.R.District I had applied for Rajiv swagruha housing scheme on 19th May2007,my application No.is 1049001387,I paid Rs.5000/- towards the scheme.However due to certain circumstances I had to cancel it (30-06-2008). I have not yet received the amount that I had paid (Rs.5000). We do not even know whom to contact, and the office is also not there at the usual place and the contact no is not working. sorry, small correction for my last comments. Refund request made on Nov 2008 and RajivSwagruha replied the amount is forfeited in 2016 which is baseless. Not sure who can help to get our amount back from this Bogus company.

Recently we got letter from Bandlaguda Rajiv Swagruha about the plot to select or the deposit of Rs.5000 will be forfeited. We have 3 accounts ie., 15000 of our hard earned money invested in this Bogus Rajivswagruha sceme. Their portal email IDs will never work, their GM phone is wrong. One of the employee suggested to check on APRSCL site with application status, which says amount is forfeited though the refund request was done in 2003. Everyone has to unite to fight with these culprits. Who are they to enjoy our hard earned money.

This is one of the Bogus company(White Collar Nayem) who decide on their own of the deposited amount as forfeited. Who are they bloody to decide of saying will not refund when the GO was initially released as refundable amount. All the people who were got cheated (by this Bogus company), had to unite to fight against these culprits.
