How is the real estate market doing in Chanda nagar? Is it a good bet to buy a property here?

Chandanagar is an upcoming locality of Hyderabad and is strategically located at National Highway 9. The area is well connected and has smooth connectivity to airport, railway station and major IT and commercial hubs. The real estate in this area is expected to see an upward trend soon.

What are the configurations they are offering? What will be the total number of floor and blocks in this project? When will the project get completed?

The expected completion date of the project is by May 2018. The project offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with area ranging from 1120 sft - 1400 sft. The project will have two block and five floors structure.

Sai Keerthi Prime has got approval from GHMC and the rate per sqft going on is Rs 3400. The price of apartment here falls in the bracket of Rs 38 lakhs to Rs 47.60 lakhs approximately.
