Yes Omaxe has started pre-launch booking of plots in its flagship Omaxe hi-Tech city also known as Omaxe Mango World. Omaxe mango city is located right opposite Bhimrao Ambedkar University on the Amar Shaheed path on Lucknow - Raebareilly road. The ideal location along with wonderful amenities including Underground cables for telephone, electricity distribution, storm water drains & sewer system and wide open lush green spaces makes Omaxe Mango world an ideal destination for those seeking to live close to nature along with a host of modern amenities. Yes Omaxe Mango World has no 2 BHK apartments but only plots in various sizes. There are a number of other developers on Raebareilly road that you may consider for 2 BHK apartments.

Omaxe City located on the Amar Shaheed Path at Raibareli Road area of Lucknow is an integrated township. Also known as the Omaxe mango World, the project offers various residential plots and lands. Also known as the Omaxe Hi-Tech City, the township has attracted a good number of investors in the past although a large number of old investors and now doing resale. The resale price is approximately close to Rs. 3500 per square yard. There are various sizes of plots available for resale although I am not too sure about 2 BHK apartments in this project. I think this project only has various residential plots to choose from.
