The Bypass Road and Faizabad Road are the two major roads that connect Gomti Nagar to other parts of Lucknow. Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport is located at a distance of 17.4 kilometers via Kanpur Road. Gomti Nagar Railway Station is the nearest railway station, located at a distance of 3.7 kilometers whereas the Lucknow Railway Station is located at a distance of 7.6 kilometers via Lohia Path.

Good evening Sarith,
Currently, this project is under construction and completed by December,2017. Developer is quoting 3800/sq-ft. rate. So, a 2BHK will cost to you Rs. 55.10 to 57.95 lakh onward and for 3BHK, it will come around Rs. 72.20 to 79.30 lakh onwars. Stamp Duty and Registration charges extra.

As i am living in another city so it is very difficult for me to come again and again for the same project. That's why i am confirming everything before booking. Is there any PLC charges for the flats? What are the other mandatory charges they have mentioned?

I am happy that you are doing all due diligence before booking. Don't worry, i am happy to provide you all the correct information.
PLC:- For 1st floor-Rs.200/sq-ft., 2nd floor-150/sq-ft., 3rd floor-100/sq-ft., for 4th floor-Rs.90/sq-ft. and for green area and highway facing-Rs.50/sq-ft.

Other Mandatory Charges will be:- covered car parking-Rs.2 Lakh, open car parking-Rs.1.5 Lakh, additional car parking-covered/open:-Rs.2.5 to Rs.2 Lakh, Power backup charges 10 K.V.A. (Minimum 5KVA) (Mandatory), External development charges-Rs.60/sq-ft., club membership fee Rs.1 Lakh, Fire fighting charges-Rs.30/sq-ft., External electrification charges (EEC) -Rs.35/sq-ft, A/c V.R.V. System (3BHK+S) (Mandatory) -Rs.300/sq-ft. and, A/c Split System (2 BHK, 2BHK+S, 3BHK) (Mandatory) -Rs.150/sq-ft.
