The structure comprises three towers, rising to a height of 21 stories each, spanning an area of 6,750 square metres. It houses 140 flats, 38 shops, four offices and four clubhouses. According to documents, the builder had only sought permission for constructing 97 flats, 20 shops and two offices. According to CIDCO, the builder gained extra Floor Space Index (FSI) of 1,575 square meters.
