I would suggest, If the apartment is ready possession, then you need not worry but If its not ready possession, then its waste of time. Do not buy in under construction apartment.

Hi Suparna, I was planning to buy a 2 BHK flat in Kohinoor Group 's Shangrila project in Pimpari. But still the construction is not over yet.

Yes, the construction is not over, On enquiry also, they are not able to give a exact date for possession.
