Mahindra Antheia is located in close proximity with Industrial and IT hubs and to the upcoming metro station. It has got 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3BHK options starting at 75 Lacs. The location also has few of the best options for education in the city. Also, it is well-connected with cities like Pune and Mumbai. It provides various amenities such as amphitheater, squash room, swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, clubhouse, etc which are now operational. Over 1100 units are sold, so I suggest checking this property out at the earliest.

Antheia is a good property in Pimpri, they are offering 1 BHK is 534 to 548 Sq. Ft. 2 BHK is 807 to 815 Sq. Ft. 2.5 BHK is 1024 to 1030 Sq. Ft. 3 BHK is 1313 to 1325, 1182 to 1203 Sq. Ft. apartments starting at just 50 lacs. They have superb amenities too including Swimming pool, Clubhouse, Amphitheatre, Fitness Centre, Tennis Court, Squash room and more facilities. The project is really good in terms of locality as it is situated in a developed area like Pimpri. All the facilities, medical centres, shopping malls are at a short distance. I would say the property is a good buy, as they are offering various payment schemes as well like 20 80, 30 70 and 20 40 40 scheme.

Hi friends,
Earlier things looked fine for Antheia, since possession date things are appearing wierd. Builder seems to advantage of one sided clauses in agreement. The carpet area has shrunk from 467 to less than 410 sq ft. Is not it sound bad? So, my advice to all buyers that clear all things and then then go for it. Locality wise it's good project. All daily basic amenities within close proximity.

I am agree with Suraj....
At the time of booking they told me that they will give possession of flat in January, 2016 but they couldn't do so till December'2016. And they are not ready to pay any charges for delay, nor they are considering my request to cancel my booking. They say that if i want to cancel then i have to pay around Rs.4.5 Lakh.

Antheia by Mahindra Lifespaces Developers Limited is offering 1/2/2.5/3 BHK residential flats. Sizes of the flats are available from 721 - 740 sq.ft in 1BHK, 1090 - 1106 sq.ft. in 2BHK, 1335 - 1390 sq.ft in 2.5BHK and 1596 - 1789 sq.ft in 3BHK. And it's current price is Rs.6205-6242/sq-ft. but it is negotiable.
