Planning to buy flat in Ireo The Corridors

Q: Hi, Im planning to book flat here. I need your feedback on pricing, location, etc.

Dear Sir, Pls consider the following points as I've booked a flat in IREO project -The Corridors on dated 22/03/2013. The builder has changed the Basic rate from Rs8750 to 9200 per sq. ft. It has made our signatures on blank application form. Hence, it's not giving it's scanned copy to us. It has not made 90 m road near the apartment location and used price escalation norms in BBA. Hence, I want to cancel the allotment as the builder had launched the project without getting approval for entire land form the state governement and other legal paper approvals. My father is very ill with cardio problem. My financial condition is very poor now. Hi guys, the Ireo Corridors project has been in talks from past one year. Last year when i had enquired, the rate quoted to me was nearly Rs 8000. Now it is 9500 and very soon it will be 10,500. This seems to be giving good returns on your investment. But pls make sure that there will be no delay in execution or completion of the project.

Hi, I was told that Ireo The Corridors will be ready by 2016. And I think the price is also worth for that location. 9500 per sq ft for project by Ireo and that too close to Sohna road and golf course extn road is agreeable. Ireo is a leading brand known for quality of construction and timely completion.

Hi 2bhk, 2bhk+study and 3bhk are available in this project. Apartment sizes vary from 1200 sq. ft. to 2800 sq. ft. Price is around Rs 8750 sq ft. in pre launch offer. The project will be launched in this month itself. Ireo will also develop a school, hospital and a commercial complex in the vicinity of The Corridors.

Thanks to all for your replies.. Farhan, I checked in this project but the prices have increased. But they said rate per sq ft is 9400 and it will increase to 10,500 in a week or so.. Is it worth to pay at this rate for this project? And when is completion expected? Brokers pls excuse.

Ireo is coming up with its new residential project The Corridors at Sector-67A in off Golf Course Extn Road, Gurgaon. The project has 3 towers- A, B and C.. it offers 2/3/4 bedroom apartments along with servant Room & Family lounge. It has many modern amenities. Tower D is also there, it offers luxury AC 3bhk apartments.
