when will the possession be given in F-BLOCK OF KW SRISHTI,Rajnagar Extension,Ghaziabad

Q: The builder claims to give possession by DEC2013 but ground conditions belie that.The interior work,lifts,approach roads,clubs etc are way behind,while 2nd phase construction which has just started makes it difficult to live due to dust all around.

As per my knowledge this project is located in around 2-4km from nearest railway station & bus stand. So there is no connectivity issue in this project. This project is around 1.5 k m from Delhi Public School. 6 Lane signal free highway is very close to this project. Dilshad Garden Metro station is coming around 9km from this project.

At the time of booking- 10%,
With in 45 days- 85% of BSP+50% of additional charges,
At the time of possession- 5% of BSP+50% of Additional charges+other charges

@Anwar, The price per sqft in Phase I ranges from Rs 3000 to Rs 3300. In Phase II price per sqft ranges from Rs 2600 to Rs 2900. Additional charges for Phase I are Club membership: Rs. 35,000/-, car parking covered: Rs. 2,00,000/-. Power back up: Rs. 20,000/KVA. They are also charging Rs 100 per sqft for corner and pool facing flats. In Phase II price per sqft ranges from Rs 2600 to Rs 2900

Hi Guys!!!! I had called the sales representative of the project and they are telling that the Phase I will take one and half years to get completed and Phase will be completed by 2 and a half years. F block is in Phase I so it will take more 1 and half year to completed.

Hi, Did you talk with the builder of the project? Because in some of the website it is showing that the completion date of the project is by 2015. Is there a delay please reply who have already booked a flat in this project?

I was planning to book a property. is it the safe investment? Because, as I come to know this builder has just completed 2 project i.e. one in Greater Noida and one in Gurgaon. Is this project will be worth in future? Please suggest
