Very disappointing to see that the project delivery has been delayed twice since April2014 and there is still no assurance given whether or not they will meet the revised projected date this time either. What is more concerning is there is nobody to talk to except a handfull of clerical staff who keep repeating themselves like a radio. Very unprofessional behaviour and will not recommend this developer to anybody.
I too have book here.. As I liked the location, floor plan and also construction. Appreciation would defenitely be there considering it is close to EON and has all the basic day-today needs at walking distance. With World Trace Centre comming up it would only add more value. I too was apprehensive initially because of the cost as it is a bit over priced but I think it is more because there is no so called "Proposed DP road" which passes through the society.. :-) I have visited the site several times during the past few weeks and the rate of construction is pretty good. So, I personally felt all in all it was a good buy..
Yes I agree with you guys the project is located in a good location but I found it a bit over priced, mainly Rs.60 for floor rise and 3 lakhs for covered car park. Does anyone else booked under this project? Can we expect any appreciation in this project?
I just had a talk with the sales person of Gulmohar Park View, they are quoting Rs 5200 per sqft basic selling cost. The price they are quoting is out of my budget. BTW what rate did you book for?
I liked the location its the center of all important places and I think it is a good investment considering the increasing demand in Kharadi after launch of World trade center towers.
