Sohna road has excellent connectivity which makes it good place for investment. I hope you all are aware that the new master plan for Sohna has been approved. With this approval, the Sohna road is going to see high development.

Sohna Road is among the fastest growing stretches in real estate in Delhi-NCR. It possesses huge potential for realty development and has been seeing continuous inflow of funds which keeps the property prices stable. Along with residential real estate, office market is also witnessing good growth.

Properties in Sector 58 is highly priced. Sectors like 68 and 69 offers residential properties in the range of Rs 4500-6000 per sq ft. The price of properties in sectors like 47, 48 49 in the same road has reached to 8500-10,000 per sq ft.

The price of residential plots ranges from Rs 35 lakh to over Rs 4 crore. Are you looking for resale property or news one? If you are looking for plots, that is even better. Because some parts have not well developed in SOhna road. SO if you buy plot or recently launched apartment then it will take 3-5 years to be developed and by that time, the social infrastructure will also develop.

Sohna road is a very good investment destination. The properties in Sohna road have shown good hike in values with an average hike of 20 to 40 percent per annum. You can better buy property in the parts closer to Gurgaon.

Hi Deb, I'm into property dealing so you can call me on for your investment. Sohna road has come up very well in last 2 years. The road has been widened, all facilities like schools, hospitals, mall, hotels etc. makes this area livable. Lot of new offices coming up on Sohna road as the rentals are lower for office space as compared to other parts of gurgaon. So net net a great area to invest in.
