Hi, i also have a doubt that floor plans and carpet area should be evaluate. All inclusive at 2800 is sounding less and what about the car parking is that included also?

Just had a word with the broker the car parking is not included. I also have a question about the location, as per them is not better than Spire's location. and cost they are getting in Spire is lesser as compared to CHD.

Hi Partho Don't expect the possession before 1.5-2 years time depending on the tower.. Builder might say early but thats the realistic time period. There is still the work on road & parks within the society which is to be completed.
