what are the future appreciation prospects of Retail shops in Unitech Arcadia , south city -II , Gurgaon ?

Q: 4 months ago prices of retail shops were 16000/- per sq. ft. to 34000/- per sq. ft. which are now available for 20000/- to 40000/- . Is it the right time to buy commercial shop ?
