Hi, Mr Sharma, SDS NRI plots is a good project, although fresh plots are sold out , for re sale there are availability. I got the plot for Rs 14000 sq yards, but you have to pay Rs 20,000 sq yard as it will be in resale.

For 109 sq yard they were quoting RS 20 -22 lac, for re sale they will be charging Rs 25 lac -27 lac. Service tax will be 12.36 %.

Hi, Mr Kapoor, i have esquired about SDS , they are good and deliver quality project. Right now they are running three project , two are almost ready and one will get possession next year. So they are safe and trust worthy. I have invest vest in SDS plots in Yamuna Expressway.
