Failur of possion

Q: I have booked a flat in KDP Grand Savanna, Now the issue is there was a verbal commitment from KDP side that you will give us the possession of flat within 6 months from the date of booking. When we asked for a written commitment you gave us a date which was Dec. 2012 more or less three months. Since the completion of March 2013 day by day i am attending your project site, but no response is given to me till time, Regarding this I made a visit on date 05/06/2013 at Sec. 63 Noida KDP office, and had a conversation with Mr. Prasad an Executive of your kind office, he said that he will look into the matter and said to mark a mail mentioning my problem.
