guys can somebody your inputs with dealing lotus landmark vijayawada?

Q: I am looking for reviews of realtors in vijayawada so i would like to know your experience with lotus landmark vijayawada

Lotus Land Mark is a gated community. Security aspect is lacking. It is divided in 5 Sectors. There is a thoroughfare is in the gated community and main road is left for Muncipal Corporation. Hence every sector in every road need to develop their own security. Moreover, maintenance control is lost. Though lot of people are investing in the Lotus Land, majority are doing with black money. Earlier there was cement Factory in the lotus land mark area. Prices are shoot up in Lotus Land and are going all time peak. Further growth will take longer period. Therefore, for investment purpose it is not the right place. Management of Lotus Land is almost diluted due to the demise of their active, dashing chairman Mr.A.V.Subba Raju. Be careful and study all pros and cons before investing in Lotus Land, Ayodhyanagar, Vijayawada
